Hahahahhahahahhahaha! I really should go to bed but I feel the need to do a quick weekend recaplet. So.
Friday I did a bunch of stupid errands and had a weird chat with the hair cut lady. Jeff and Erik were at the Wolves game so I got to have alone time in the house which I weirdly love. Ha. Then we watched our VCR TAPED episode of Friday Night Lights. (I stayed up until 12:30; it was amazing.) Last episode for now, but now the strike is over. Seriously, FNL is THE BEST SHOW. EVER. Watch it!!! (MSCL is a close second, BTW, which we finished on Thursday. SAD!)
Saturday I was totally weird and I made this whole like wedding-organizing-shit book. It was amazing. Somehow I now feel better about the whole thing. Who knew there was so much to do. Geez. Luckily I have plenty of help, so, I shouldn’t worry. Right?? 😉 I should have gotten a lot more done before I headed out but WCYD.
Saturday night I met up with Alyssa, Misty and Rob at India Palace which I LOVELOVELOVE. It was everything I dreamed of. Rob was like impressed that I worked at Ham, so needless to say I was flattered. I’m telling you people, HITF = BFD. For realz. Anyway. We then headed to Peter’s show where we met up with Kristin, Amber and Brad (and duh, Susan and Peter). My coworker the Reverend Eric P. Price was there too, which was cool, even if I accidentally insulted him AGAIN, as well as someone sleazy. I extracted myself from that situation however.
Then I did something totally weird (for me) and went OUT with Misty and Kristin at like 11 pm. WTF? Even weirder, I STAYED out until 2. Oh my life! It was really really fun though and I was glad they invited me. Good times, even in the freeze and with the Platteville-like bar and creepy-cool basement. Oh, and the old guy (see above). I even put on black eyeliner oooOOOooooHHHhhhh. Very dramatic, LOL. No seriously, it proves to me that it’s probably a good thing once in awhile to not do what I usually do. Ha.
Then I got home and watched Jeff play Zelda/read my magazine. Finally at 3 he was like “IT’S 3 AM! Geez!” and we went to bed.
This morning woke up to the horrible wind and stayed, stayed, stayed in bed. Didn’t do everything I was supposed to but I did get in a good chat with JJ and my ma and pa. So, super. Managed to stay in the house all day too which is awesome.
Now it is bedtime, because I have one heck of a day and then week. February so far is weird and awesome. In all good ways!
